FRAUEN100 – Female Voices, Global Impact
"I look so perfectly made up, as if I just came straight from the Oscars!"

On February 13, 2026, the FRAUEN100 Dinner, held as part of the Munich Security Conference, brought together influential women from politics, diplomacy, and science. Under the theme “Female Voices, Global Impact,” the focus was on new impulses for a shared future—driven by strong perspectives and clear voices.
Keynotes from personalities like activist Nazanin Boniadi, as well as Vivian Motzfeldt (Foreign Minister, Greenland), Anita Anand (Foreign Minister, Canada), and Thérèse Kayikwamba Wagner (Foreign Minister, Democratic Republic of the Congo), made it clear how crucial female perspectives are for global progress. At the same time, the “GRILL im Künstlerhaus” became a space for real exchange. Direct, open, and on equal footing. Conversations with international decision-makers—including foreign ministers from Canada, Greenland, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo—showed once again: Sustainable progress needs women at the decision-making tables.
We’re proud to have supported this special network as a partner. Because we believe: Strength shows not only in taking responsibility, but also in consciously making time for yourself.
With our goodie bags, we wanted to make exactly that possible—little moments of self-care in the often demanding everyday life.
One sentence especially stuck with us:
"I look so perfectly made up, as if I just came straight from the Oscars!"
That’s exactly the feeling we wanted to share—a moment of lightness, confidence, and red carpet energy. Because real impact happens where empowerment and self-care come together.
